JUDGES

The judges of the BURJ CEO Awards were carefully selected to ensure a fair and objective selection process for the winners. The judging panel consisted of respected professionals from a diverse range of industries worldwide. Each judge was required to declare any potential conflicts of interest and abide by a strict confidentiality agreement.

The BURJ CEO Award judges are some of the world's most respected executives, entrepreneurs, innovators, and business educators. Their expertise and experience bring valuable insights to the judging process and ensure that only the most deserving candidates are selected as winners.

Criteria for Organization

The Burj CEO Awards evaluates organizations based on the following criteria and their respective values:

Vision, Mission, Values - Value: 100
This criterion assesses the clarity and empowerment of leadership's vision, mission, values, policies, ethics, and principles.

Organizational Structure - Value: 75
This criterion assesses the organization's organogram, governance structure, HR profiles, role, and job descriptions, infrastructure, and facilities.

Strategic Planning - Value: 100
This criterion assesses the organization's strategic and action plans, strategic partnerships and alliances, adoption of technology, development of HR abilities, and SDG approaches.

Marketing - Value: 75
This criterion assesses market information, including customers, competitors, marketing plan, customer loyalty, and market share, as well as sales growth.

Innovation - Value: 75
This criterion assesses innovation in processes, products, and services, as well as joint innovations.

Risk Management - Value: 75
This criterion assesses revenue, waste management, water consumption, employment expenses, employee productivity, employee costs, strategic and action risks, and talent attraction.

Achievements - Value: 150
This criterion assesses accomplishments, awards, and recognitions at the local, international, and industry levels.

Business Results - Value: 200
This criterion assesses financial results, customer results, people results, supplier results, non-financial results, strategic goals results, services enhanced, operational performance, suggestion mechanism, and innovation mechanism.

Society Results - Value: 150
This criterion assesses the organization's CSR, the impact of products, strategic campaigns supporting SDGs, and contribution towards local non-profit organizations, charity, and other drives.

Note: Evidence such as statements, documents, standard operating procedures (SOPs), records, certificates, pictorial evidence, data analysis, and results (graphical output) is used to determine the total score out of 500.
Each criterion is evaluated using specific evidence, documents, and results to determine a total score out of 500. The total value of all criteria is 500.

Criteria for Entrepreneur

The CEO Clubs Business Excellence Award evaluates entrepreneurs based on six criteria, with their respective values and explanations:

Vision, Mission, Values - Value: 100
This criterion assesses the clarity and empowerment of leadership's vision, mission, values, policies, ethics, and principles.

Strategic Career/Growth/Change Initiative Value: 75
This criterion assesses the organization's organogram, governance structure, HR profiles, role, and job descriptions, infrastructure, and facilities.

Marketability/Branding - Value: 75
This criterion assesses an entrepreneur's personal branding, image building, LinkedIn profiling, blogs, campaigns, social media, and brand ambassadorships.

Contribution to Society/CSR - Value: 75
This criterion assesses an entrepreneur's strategic initiatives towards society, education, health, SDGs, and other social initiatives like mentoring.

Business/Career Achievements - Value: 100
This criterion assesses an entrepreneur's business growth, business worth in $ value, growth in size/market/geography, local/international rankings/positioning/projects completed (size, value, significance), and contribution towards organizational success, growth, and ranking.

Individual Achievements - Value: 75
This criterion assesses an entrepreneur's accomplishments, awards, and recognitions at the local, international, and industry specialist levels.
