Delegate Terms and Conditions

1. Payment and Refund Policy:

Once payment is made, no refund will be issued. This is due to the fact that all bookings and arrangements are made specifically for each participant in advance.
Participants are encouraged to ensure their availability and commitment before completing their registration and payment.

2. Programme Adherence:

All delegates are required to follow the official programme as outlined by the event organizer.
Participation in scheduled activities, sessions, and events is mandatory to ensure a cohesive and rewarding experience for all attendees.

3. Promotion and Marketing:

Only authorized partners and agents are permitted to promote the 7th Burj CEO Awards programme.
Unauthorized promotion, marketing, or use of the event's branding and materials is strictly prohibited and will result in appropriate action.
CEO Clubs Network is only responsible for clients who have paid directly to the CEO Clubs' designated bank account. Agents and partners are not authorized to receive any payments on behalf of CEO Clubs Network.

4. Code of Conduct:

All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner throughout the event.
Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the event without refund.

5. Confidentiality and Privacy:

Personal information of delegates will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of event organization and communication.
Delegates agree not to disclose any confidential information obtained during the event to unauthorized parties.

6. Health and Safety:

Delegates must adhere to any health and safety guidelines provided by the event organizer.
In case of an emergency, delegates should follow the instructions of the event staff and emergency personnel.

7. Amendments to Policy:

The event organizer reserve the right to amend these policies as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to all registered delegates in a timely manner.
By participating in the 7th Burj CEO Awards, all delegates agree to abide by the policies outlined above. These measures are in place to ensure a smooth, enjoyable, and professionally rewarding experience for everyone involved.
